Grand Cuvee Sparkling

This brut style sparkling was made with 85% French Colombard and 15% Chardonnay grapes with aroma mixes of lemon/lime, light toast, and a light buttery-creamy quality. Simple delicate flavors of light citrus fruit, pears, and crisp green apple. This sparkling is dry, crisp, and slightly tart with a long clean finish.
